Yes the ability to track more than one metric on a form is essential. Using multiple metrics allow you to trend multiple data points from Submitted forms. An equipment prestart form has a number of inspection questions with different risk profiles, these questions can be assigned a high, medium and of low risk metric so you can trend and analysis these three metrics separately.
Can I administer submitted forms in Capture.
Yes. Most inspection apps only support reporting and charting functionality, which is only a small portion of an entire process. All forms will require processing, actioning, and archiving. Capture has significantly more capability for creating workflows and processing all forms through their entire workflow.
Can You Create and Manage Tasks in Capture?
Yes. Capture is integrated with the 2iB OS Task Management Application, allowing you to manage all tasks across your organisation via created task boards. Simply configure and include tasks as a subform in your Capture form.
Can You Share Answer Sets Across Forms?
Yes. You can create and share common answer set data tables between forms. For instance, standard answer sets like operational assets and users can be used across multiple forms. You can also create custom answer sets, such as an equipment table, if needed.

Yes. 2iB Capture inspection software is accessible on any mobile device type regardless of brand. Simply connect to your subcribtng companies private cloud and install on your device.
Does the inspection sofeware work offline?
Yes! you can use the application without being connected to the internet, You can continue to carry out inspections etc and when connectivity is restored the device will automatically send collected data.
Can I import other file types, IE Spreadsheet?
You can import questions using csv templates directly into Capture form builder. The importing of MS word and pdf documents is not supported.
